With a voltage of 1500 VDC / 800 VAC and an output power of 225 kW or 350 kW, these inverters are the perfect choice for large-scale utility installations. In developing the 225HV / 350HV models, Delta drew on its extensive experience with string inverters used in PV systems with capacities of several hundred megawatts.

AC components

The separate AC wiring box with a removable cable entry makes cable handling effortless and flexible. It is compatible with aluminum and copper cables up to 300 mm² for the M225HV model and up to 400 mm² for the M350HV model. Additionally, it offers a specialized cable gland for single-conductor PE cables and an optional cable entry for single-conductor AC cables, ensuring maximum adaptability.

DC components

Our inverters are equipped with 8 or 12 MPP trackers, each optimized for 2 module strings. This technology ensures maximum energy yield and adaptability to a wide range of installation conditions. For added safety and convenience, the automatic disconnection via 3 or 4 DC disconnect switches allows for reliable and efficient shutdown. The package also includes a matching number of high-quality Amphenol Pro PV connectors, ensuring quick and secure installation.

Communication options

The M225HV/M350HV inverters feature an integrated PLC interface for easy powerline communication with Delta's PLC100 converter. This technology utilizes existing power lines, enhancing reliability. Additionally, they offer a hot-pluggable communication card with 2 RS485 interfaces, 6 digital inputs, and 2 potential-free contacts, allowing for flexible integration into monitoring and control systems. These versatile communication options make the inverters powerful solutions for modern energy installations.

The M225HV/M350HV inverters offer essential protection features such as anti-PID, reverse polarity protection, and arc detection.
