The M125HV_111 inverter meets the VDE requirements for use in PV systems that are connected to the high- or very high-voltage grid (220 kV or 380 kV).

Grid connection

The terminal block for the AC cable is located in a separate wiring box with front door. The cover of the cable feed-through can be removed along with the cable gland. The M125HV is supplied as standard with a cable gland for a 4-core cable with a cable diameter of 33 to 77 mm. Alternatively, a cover with 4 cable glands for single-core cables can be ordered. The screw terminals are suitable for aluminum cable (95 to 185 mm2) and copper cable (50 to 185 mm2). Interchangeable type 2 AC surge protection devices are installed in the inverter.

Module-side components

The M125HV has one MPP tracker for up to 20 module strings. All module strings are fused with 20 A string fuses (DC+ and DC-); optional 15 A and 30 A string fuses are available. The integrated Type 2 interchangeable DC surge protection devices can be replaced by Type 1 DC surge protection devices. The plugs are included for the Amphenol H4 Plus connectors on the underside of the inverter. The internal DC-side components are accessible through a large front door. The M125HV is equipped with two mechanical DC disconnectors.

Installation options

The rugged IP65 enclosure is particularly suitable for harsh environments. The intelligent adaptive cooling system with interchangeable fan modules enables operation at temperatures up to +60°C. Mounting plate and mounting bracket for wall mounting are included. Mounting feet for ground mounting may be ordered separately.

Easy commissioning and monitoring

The inverter is equipped with a Bluetooth® interface for easy commissioning and parameter setting using a smartphone and the DeltaSolar app. There is also a communication card on the underside with RS485 connections (Modbus RTU with SunSpec protocol), digital inputs, dry contacts and a 12 VDC power supply.
