Private individuals
Please contact your electrical installer first. They may be able to resolve the technical problem themselves. If the technical problem persists, please instruct your electrical installer to request repair or replacement.
For contractors who are not installers
Please contact your electrical installer. They may be able to resolve the technical problem themselves. If the technical problem persists, please instruct your electrical installer to request repair or replacement.
You can also request repair and replacement yourself via the Delta EMEA Partner Portal. This requires registration.
